Congratulations on your purchase of the RICHMAN 200 grill. This product has been developed on the
basis of the latest technical knowledge and produced using reliable and high quality components.
Please take a few minutes before starting operation of the gas grill unit and read the following operating
instructions. The instruction shall be marked directions to the installer to leave them with the consumer
and to the consumer to retain them for future reference.

Spiders and small insects can spin webs and nest in the grill burner tubes during transit and warehousing which can lead to a gas flow obstruction resulting in a fire in and around the burner tubes.

  • Page 13 RM200 2 burners gas grill Step 9. Install Grease Tray □ Attach the Grease Tray Handle (17) to the Grease Tray (18) using 2 Truss Head Screws. □ Slide the Grease Tray (18) along two sides of Firebox Assembly from the back of the Firebox Assembly.

Screw the electronic igniter cap back into place. Step 14. Place LP Cylinder into the Cabinet □Place the LP cylinder down into the tank support hole in the bottom of the cabinet.

Be sure to clean all foam packing material out of all areas. □Please proceed to and read the remaining sections of the Operator’s Manual prior to hooking up your LP cylinder or operating your grill.
  • Page 17 LP gas tank. Only use the regulator and hose assembly supplied with your gas grill. Replacement regulators and hose assemblies must be those specified by Richman. Have your LP Gas dealer check the release valve after every filling to ensure it remains free of defects.
  • Page 18 RM200 2 burners gas grill Warning A. Do not store a spare LP gas tank under or near this appliance. B. Never fill the tank beyond 80 percent full; C. If the information in “(a)”and “(b)” is not followed exactly, a fire causing death or serious injury may occur.

There should be no yellow sparks, loud noise nor should it be raised up from the nozzle. A yellow flame mans that there is not enough oxygen supply. Loud noises and a flame raised up from the nozzle means that there is too much oxygen.

A more consistent result can be reached with the cover closed. In this case however, the temperature should be set to LO.
