Spiders and small insects can spin webs and nest in the grill burner tubes during transit and warehousing which can lead to a gas flow obstruction resulting in a fire in and around the burner tubes.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill Step 7. Install Left Drawer Assembly to Firebox Assembly. □ Loosely screw 2 Truss Head Screws with Locking Washer (A) into two holes on the left side of the firebox as shown. Slide the Left Drawer Assembly (20) over the heads of those screws and tighten.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill Step 15. Place LP Cylinder into the Cabinet □Place the LP cylinder down into the tank support hole in the bottom of the cabinet. Use the tank bolt to secure the tank in a fixed position with tank valve faces to the front.

LP gas tank. Only use the regulator and hose assembly supplied with your gas grill. Replacement regulators and hose assemblies must be those specified by Richman. Have your LP Gas dealer check the release valve after every filling to ensure it remains free of defects.

In the event of an oil or grease fire, do not attempt to extinguish with water. Use a type B extinguisher or smother with dirt, sand, or baking soda.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill NO overhead combustible construction Notes about LP Gas Tank Exchange Programs Many retailers that sell grills offer you the option of replacing your empty LP gas tank through an exchange service. Use only those reputable exchange companies that inspect, precision fill, test and certify their tanks.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill If the bubbles occur, immediately turn off the gas supply on the valve of the gas cylinder. Tighten all connections again and repeat the test. If gas bubbles still occur, do not use the grill and contact your retailer.

Flow Limiting Valves on LP Gas Tanks Your LP gas tank is equipped with a flow limiting valve that will restrict the flow of gas due to a sudden change in pressure.

Set up This gas grill is only intended for outdoor use. Place the grill in a well-ventilated location.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill Appearance of the flame The burner flame should appear blue and stable as shown pictures. There should be no yellow sparks, loud noise nor should it be raised up from the nozzle. A yellow flame mans that there is not enough oxygen supply. Loud noises and a flame raised up from the nozzle means that there is too much oxygen.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill Cooking Tips Before using the gas grill, brush the grill grates with cooking or vegetable oil. Use a brush with a long handle. The juices from the food drip onto the heater during cooking and vaporize. The steam arising from this process contributes to the taste of the food.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill firebox. Cleaning the Grease Tray and Box To reduce the chance of fire, the grease tray and grease pan should be visually inspected before each grill use. Remove any grease and wash both with a mild soap and warm water solution.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill CAUTION: Heat, weathering, machine oils used in the manufacturing of stainless steel, and dirt can all cause exterior stainless steel surfaces to turn tan in color. In addition, the following products and naturally occurring substances in the outdoors will damage all stainless steel finishes. Use caution so they will not come in contact with your grill.

RM310 3+1 burners gas grill Troubleshooting Problem Solution The grill does not ignite Ensure that the gas valves are open immediately. Check if sparks are produced when igniting the grill Push the temperature knob for 5 seconds before you turn it to ignite the grill.
