Troubleshooting
The power was turned off or the USB flash drive was removed during the firmware

update.
You need to perform all the operations once again. Go back to the first step, and

follow all the steps to the finish.
An error message is displayed and the installation aborts.

Check the following points:

Is the USB flash drive inserted correctly?
Is the USB terminal clean and free from dust or dirt?
Is the firmware data located in the root of the USB flash drive file system?
Is the firmware data the correct one for your instrument?
Is the USB flash drive data corrupt, or is the USB flash drive itself broken?
Try installing again with a different USB flash drive.
