    Parental Control Setting Up Your Personal ID Number (PIN) When in TV, AV or Component mode, you can find the Parental Control feature by entering the Settings menu. The first time you use the Parental Control feature, enter the default PIN number, 0000, to ac- tivate the V-CHIP.
