- Page 3 Assembly Instructions STEP 1. Attach SHELF (B) to bottom level of FRAME (D) with SHORT BOLTS (E) using HEX KEY (G). Do not tighten. Repeat for other side with remaining FRAME (D). Repeat for next SHELF (B). STEP 2. Attach CROSSBAR (C) to top level of FRAME (D) with LONG BOLTS (F) using HEX KEY (G).
