Possible causes
- No water at the appliance
connection
- Insufficient water supply at
the inlet line
- Angle valve (domestic
installation) closed
- Inlet tube kinked
- No filter inserted or filter not
correctly inserted
- Moisture or leakage inside
the cooler
Error correction
- Disconnect power supply
- Check position of filter
- Open angle valve
- Check inlet tubes for kinks
- Check water supply
- Reconnect the power supply after 5 minutes
- Confirm the fault on the display by
pressing "OK"
- Disconnect power supply
- Check base cabinet for leakage/moisture
- If no leakage/moisture can be found,
reconnect the power supply after 30 minutes
- Confirm the fault on the display by
pressing "OK"
- If the error cannot be confirmed, close the
angle valve and contact Customer Service
