- Page 2 1.0 INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing an Elson EOS7 water heater. The water heater is manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and has been designed to meet all the latest relevant safety specifications. The EOS7 water heater must be installed and commissioned by a competent person.

Fault finding should only be carried out by a competent person and any replacement part should be authorised Elson spare parts.
