POSSIBLE CAUSE

Dimmer control button is set too
low.

LED strip not functioning.

"Flame wand" has come loose
from bracket.

SOLUTION
1.
Push flame button to increase
light.

Remove screws holding back
panel in place and remove back
panel. Secure end of "Flame
wand" back into the support
bracket.
