    Model #OCR-2250A Assembly Instructions Step 1 Connect the Handle (3) to the Lid (4) with Washers (E) and M6 Wing Nut (G). Next, attach the Lid Air Vent (1) to the top of the Lid (4) using M5x10 Bolt (C), Washer (F) and M5 Wing Nut (H).
  • Page 10 Model #OCR-2250A Step 3 Attach the Left Bowl Hinge (7) and Right Bowl Hinge (8) to the Bowl (10) with M6x12 Screws (A) and Washers (E). Note: the hinges will point straight away from the bowl when assembled correctly. Secure the Lock (13) to the Bowl (10) by threading M5*8 Screws (D) into the back of the lock.
  • Page 11 Model #OCR-2250A Step 5 Place the Wheel Legs (16) on to the longer axle portion of the Bottom Shelf (19). Place the Stationary Legs (17) on to the front of the Bottom Shelf (19). Slide the top of each leg into the Leg Connectors.
  • Page 12 Model #OCR-2250A Step 7 Place the Lid on top of the Bowl making sure the lid hinges slide inside of the bowl hinges. Connect the Lid to the Bowl by placing Hinge Pin (K) through the hinge holes and secure with Cotter Pin (L).
  • Page 13 Model #OCR-2250A Step 9 Place the Charcoal Grid (12) in the bottom of the Bowl. Place the Cooking Grid (11) on the top edge of the Bowl. Step 10 Slide the Ash Catcher (15) into the bottom of the Bowl from the right side of the grill.

    Model #OCR-2250A Care & Maintenance  Wash cooking grids and charcoal grates with hot, soapy water. Rinse well and dry completely with a towel to prevent rusting.  After washing and drying, lightly coat grids with vegetable oil or vegetable oil spray.
  • Page 15 Model #OCR-2250A Lighting Instructions (continued)  Never add charcoal starter fluid to hot or warm coals as flashbacks may occur causing injury.  You are ready to begin cooking when the pile of briquettes ashes over and produces a red glow (approximately 10-15 minutes).

    Model #OCR-2250A Cleaning & Care CAUTION! All cleaning and maintenance should be done when charcoal grill is cool and with the fuel supply removed. Notices  Abrasive cleaners will damage this product.  Never use oven cleaner to clean any part of this charcoal grill.

    If Sanxin Co., Ltd. confirms, after examination, a defect covered by this Limited Warranty in any returned part, and if Sanxin Co., Ltd. approves the claim, Sanxin Co., Ltd. will replace such defective part without charge. If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you.
