    INTENDED USE This gas grill is intended for heating up, cooking and grilling different kinds of foodstuff in well-ventilated outdoor areas. The appliance must be operated with low pressure liquid propane gas (LP gas). It may not be supplied with natural gas. This product is intended for private use only and may not be used for any commercial or industrial purposes.

Always have a ready-to-use fire extinguisher and a first aid kit at hand in the event of an accident or fire. Place the grill on a secure, non-flammable, flat, level, stable, heat-resistant and clean surface away from any heat source prior to use.

Individual parts of the grill must be handled with care to prevent accidents or injuries during assembly and use. Wear safety gloves where necessary. Do not set up the grill near entryways or high-traffic zones. Utmost care must be exercised when grilling.

    PREPARATION Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble the product. Contact the dealer from whom you purchased the appliance if you find that parts are missing or show damage. Do not use the appliance unless missing parts have been delivered in addition or defective parts have been replaced.

INSTALLING THE CASTERS Parts Required: Casters (Z) Locking Casters (V) Screw - 0.64-20 x 1.27 cm (BB) Lock Washers (DD) Installation: • With the cart base (W) laying upside down, attach the 2 casters (Z) as shown to the left side of the cart base (W) using 8 screws (BB) and 8 lock washers (DD).

INSTALLING THE LP TANK BARRIER BAR Parts Required: LP Tank Barrier Bar (O) Screw - 0.4-32 x 0.95 cm (AA) Installation: • Attach the LP tank barrier bar (O) diagonally to the cart back panel (I) and the cart base (W) using 1 screw (AA) at each end. NOTE: The threaded end of the LP tank barrier bar should point to the cart back panel, fastening from the outside of the cart.

    10. SECURING THE GRILL HEAD TO CART Parts Required: Grill Head (K) Screw - 0.64-20 x 1.27 cm (BB) Installation: • Using a minimum of two people, place the grill head (K) on top of the grill cart. Secure the grill head (K) to the left and right side cart panels (P and B1) using 4 screws (BB).

ASSEMBLING THE CABINET DOOR HANDLES Parts Required: Left Cabinet Door (Q) Right Cabinet Door (A1) Door Handle (R) Door Handle Grommets (S) Screw - 0.64-20 x 0.79 cm (EE) Installation: • Attach the cabinet door handle (R) to the left cabinet door (Q) using 2 door handle grommets (S) and 2 screws (EE).

    CONNECTING TO GAS SUPPLY WARNING! Be aware of flashbacks! Make sure there is no debris, spiders, small insects, or webs inside the head of the gas cylinder, pressure regulator, burner(s), burner tube(s), or hose before any connection is made. They can obstruct the gas flow, which could result in a fire in and around the burner tube.

    GAS REQUIREMENTS The grill is set and tested with liquid propane gas only. The rating plate is located on the inside panel of the left door. The regulator supplied is set for 27.94 cm water column (WC) and is for use with LP gas only. The factory-supplied regulator and hose must be used with a 20lb.

    COOKING TIPS 1. Brush the grill grates with cooking or vegetable oil prior to using the appliance. 2. Use a brush with a long handle. Juices from the food drip onto the heater during cooking and vaporize. The steam arising from this process contributes to the taste of the food. 3.

    MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Your barbecue is made of high-quality materials. Clean the barbecue after each use. To clean and maintain the surfaces, please observe the following instructions: Danger! Risk of burns! Allow the barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning. Danger! Health risk! Do not use paint solvents or thinners to remove stains.

    • To ensure perfect functioning, food residues between the ignition head tip and the burner must be removed. Use fine sandpaper/emery paper to clean the ignition head tip and the burner edge. • The ignition head tip should be approx. 4 - 6 mm away from the burner edge. This is the optimal distance for reliable ignition.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION You may have purchased a protective cover for your barbecue. To protect your investment, we recommend that you cover the barbecue with the protective cover whenever it is not in use. However, make sure to put on the protective cover only when your barbecue has cooled down and is clean and dry.

    Do not store portable liquid propane tanks (whether full or empty) inside your home, the living area of an R.V., a garage, basement or workshop. It is unlikely that liquid propane will leak from the tanks. If it should leak, the fuel could be exposed to sparks from automobiles, power tools or other appliances.
