Controller for charging pump

Insert electronic tank temperature sensor of the heating control into the upper
immersion sleeve for tank sensors of the solar tank and attach it with sensor holder.
For tanks with sensor channel insert sensor vertically downwards until stop position
is reached. Set desired tank temperature at the tank temperature controller of the
heating control. (max. 60°C).
The heating control is completed by the charging pump control SP1.
This control is used to set the tank temperature.
1. Remove built-in upper immersion sleeve for electronic tank sensor
Screw immersion sleeve for control SP1 into pipe coupling (seal with hemp).
In case of tanks with sensor channels the controller SP1 is fitted via a reduction
1½" x ½" (on site) to the connection of the electrical auxiliary heating. In this case,
electrical heating is only possible via the access flange.
2. Push sensor of the tank temperature controller into immersion sleeve
and attach tank temperature controller with a cylindrical screw.
The rules and regulations of the VDE and the local utilities must be observed.
The connection must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Disconnect power before opening devices.
Unscrew caps from control SP1 for charging pump.
Wire tank connection cable according to circuit diagram.
Screw caps back on.
Set desired tank temperature at the tank temperature controller of the
heating control (60°C max).
Switching capacity for control for charging pump 10A/230VAC
Electrical auxiliary heating system 2 kW/230 VAC, 4,5 kW/400 VAC, 6 kW/400 VAC
with built-in tank temperature controller and safety temperature limiter.
Screw electrical auxiliary heating system into the 1 ½" pipe coupling at the solar tank
and seal it.
The rules and regulations of the VDE and the local utilities must be observed.
The connection must be performed by a licensed electrician.
Disconnect power before opening devices.
Unscrew cap from electrical auxiliary heating system and connect system to 230VAC
or 400 VAC power supply according to included instructions. Connecting wire must
be provided on site.
