troubleshooting

pOSSIBLe CAUSeS
CORReCTIVe ACTIONS
Check the LP (propane) tank. You may be out of gas, or
check Natural Gas valve at main.
Check the burner orifice for stoppage. Remove stoppage.
Both the valve orifice and burner orifice must be changed
and the air shutter must be closed.
ensure media installation instructions are followed and
media is not present inside the ignition wind guard
opening.
Close LP tank and manual shut-off valves. Open LP tank
valve first, THeN the manual shut-off valve.
ensure media installation instructions are followed and
media is not present inside the ignition wind guard

ensure the thermocouple is tightened to control valve
using 10 mm wrench.
Do nothing.
Close air shutter. (For LP , leave 1/4" open, Natural gas
adjust to be closed.)
