Stretching
A stretching operation is that of stretching or twisting the body using the movements of air or massage rollers.
Stretches the
muscles of the neck.
Extends the muscles around the shoulder blades
and chest.
① Hold the shoulders with
the shoulder-side air bags.
② Press the back forward with
the massage roller.
Extends muscles
around the lower back.

"Neck" stretch
① The massage roller holds
the base of the neck.
② Air is discharged from
the seat air bag.
"Chest" stretch

② With the shoulder sides and calf/foot
sandwiched, the legrest is lowered.
Stretches and twists the
muscles around the pelvis
to the left and right alternately.
① Legrest will lower.
② Seat air bag inflates
alternately left and
right.
Extends the muscles from the knee area to the
thighs.
① The body is held with
air bags on the seat
or on the sides of
thighs.
② The legrest is
lowered, then calves
and knees are
pressed from behind.
If you do "leg" stretching with the sole massage
section slid out, it may hit the floor.
