Fault
The flame is low.
The flame extinguishes.
There is a smell of gas
with all burner control
knobs in "OFF" posi-
tion.

Warranty

The statutory warranty period applies. If the
product is defective, please contact the
manufacturer's branch in your country (see
kampaoutdoors.com/store-locator) or your
retailer.
For repair and warranty processing, please include
the following documents when you send in the
device:
• A copy of the receipt with purchase date
• A reason for the claim or description of the fault
Possible cause
The control knob of the desired burner is
not in "MAX" position.

The air inlet of the burner is blocked.

Solution
Turn the control knob of the desired burner
to "MAX" position (see fig. 7, page 7).
This can only be repaired by an authorized
repair center.
Clean the air inlet (see chapter "Cleaning
the burners" on page 15).
Clean the injector (see chapter "Cleaning
the burners" on page 15).
Replace the gas container (see chapter
"Connecting the device to a gas
container" on page 14).
Replace the gas container (see chapter
"Connecting the device to a gas
container" on page 14).
Clean the injector (see chapter "Cleaning

Connect the gas container properly (see
chapter "Connecting the device to a gas
container" on page 14).
