Juicing Tips Use fresh fruits and vegetables. Suitable ingredients include: apples, pears, grapes, melons (watermelon, cantaloupe, etc.), celery sticks, beetroot, carrots, spinach, wheat grass, etc. Thick skins such as cantaloupe and beetroot need to be cut off. We recommend removing seeds from citrus fruit as they will produce a bitter flavor. The amount and taste of the juice depends on the freshness and type of selected ingredients.
