Using the VAIO Recovery Wizard

1. Click Start in the Windows

Close all open software programs.

Disconnect from the Internet.

Disable the screen saver. (See

Maintain power to the system during the recovery process.
Using the Recovery Wizard utility may require you to restart your system, even if you cancel and exit the wizard.
