Battery charge operation

Ensure that the AC main plug is not connected to the AC main

Connection
1. Attach the red battery clip (+) to the red terminal (+) on
the battery.
2. Attach the black battery clip (–) to the black terminal (–)
on the battery.
Polarity check
The polarity check LED glows if the charger/battery connection
is incorrect. Example: The red clip (+) is connected to the black
battery terminal (–). Make sure that the connection is correct
and the polarity check LED is not illuminated.

Select voltage/charge
Select the correct battery voltage and required charging rate.

Mains connection
Plug the plug into the socket.

Charging
During charging the yellow charging LED glows.

Charged
1. When charging is completed, the green charged LED
glows (12 V fast mode only).
2. Switch off and disconnect the mains supply.
3. Disconnect the red (+) positive battery clip.
4. Disconnect the black (–) negative battery clip.
