Safety rules for charging the battery:
• Continuous charging for e­xte­nde­d pe­riods (se­ve­ral
days or we­e­ks at a tim­e­) is harm­ful to the­ batte­ry.
• Do not charge­ batte­ry cartridge­ whe­n te­m­pe­rature­
is be­low 50°F (10°C) or above­ 104°F (40°C).
• Do not store­ the­ m­achine­ and batte­ry cartridge­
in locations whe­re­ the­ te­m­pe­rature­ m­ay re­ach or
e­xce­e­d 122°F (50°C).
• Do not incine­rate­ the­ batte­ry cartridge­ e­ve­n if it
is se­ve­re­ly dam­age­d or com­ple­te­ly worn out. The­
batte­ry cartridge­ can e­xplode­ in a fire­.
• The­ batte­ry m­ust be­ place­d in a we­ll-ve­ntilate­d are­a
during charging.
• Caution: charge­ only spe­cific type­ re­charge­able­
batte­rie­s.
• Do not disasse­m­ble­ batte­ry pack.
