Fault Diagnosis(I)
the following cases,sometimes it is not a malfunction,please confirm before
call the after-service
Phenomena
Control panel has no any display
Inlet hose leaks
It does not drain
It does not inlet
Spin stops and begins to inlet
during spin program
Press the program button to
select SPIN, but It does not spin
The spin is intermittent when spin
starts
First time to use, some water flows
from the drainpipe
some faults can be identified by the machine, and give an alarm automatically,
prompt the user to deal with,see the table below

Possible reason
Plug is not inserted tightly
No electricity in the socket
Power switch is not turned on
Power supply is cut off
Inlet hose connector(connecting with the tap)is not fixed tightly
Inlet hose and washing machine connector is loose
Drainpipe is not put down
Drainpipe is bended or get blocked
No water supply
Tap is not open
Inlet hose gets blocked
Laundries is too much or too little or the
Machine is not place stably
Do not close the top lid when drain is finished
Open up the top lid when start drain
Balance the laundries to reach to the best spin effect

DESCRIPTION
The top lid is opened after the
Delay Wash feature has

SOLUTION
Close the top lid and clear the alarm
Open the top lid and then close it to clear
the alarm. If diagnostic code still appears,
call for a service technician to check for
clogs on the drain valve.
Close the top lid to clear the alarm.
Open the top lid. Arrange the load and
equally distribute it within the wash tub.
Then, lose the top lid to clear the alarm.
Check if the water supply has enough
pressure. Open the top lid and then
close it to clear the alarm.
Close the top lid to clear the alarm.
