National Public Seating TAD Assembly Instructions

Tools needed: 17mm or 11/16 Socket Wrench, 10mm or
13/32" Socket Wrench and a pliers.
Please refer to the diagrams on Page 2 for assistance with as-
sembly.
Dolly Frame assembly-
1. Attach Front frame (Part A) to right table support frame (Part B) using two 2-1/2" bolts and tighten with lock nuts.
2. Attach Front frame (Part A) to left table support frame (Part C) using two 2-1/2" bolts and tighten with lock nuts.
3. Attach Back frame (Part D) to both table support frames (Part B & C) using two 2-1/2" bolts and tighten with lock nuts.
The frame of your Dolly is now completed. Be sure that all bolts are fully tightened.
Caster installation-
Install casters by firmly pushing the stems into the square tubing of the table support frames.

It is important to make sure to install the locking casters into the back of the dolly. The back of the dolly can be identified by the rear
frame which does not have a center plate.

The non-locking casters should be installed into the tubes at the front of the dolly. Front of the dolly can be identified by the front frame
which has a plate with the safety instructions.
Handle Installation-

Attach right vertical post (part E) to inside of rear of right table support frame using two 2-1/2" bolts and tighten with lock nuts.

Attach left vertical post (part F) to inside of rear of left table support frame using two 2-1/2" bolts and tighten with lock nuts.

Place strap loop (Part H) over round handle (Part G).

Attach Round handle (Part G) to right & left vertical posts using two 1-1/8" bolts and washers.
