Troubleshooting guide

1. Bluetooth connection failed
Make sure the scale and Bluetooth are turned on on your smartphone.
Check the OS version of your smartphone, it must be iOS 8.0 or higher/Android 6.0 or higher.
If the connection is successful, a Bluetooth symbol will appear on the display and the word.
„Connected" is displayed in the circle of the smartphone's start page.
