The Low Profile Airmover produces a high rate airflow to accelerate the evaporation of moisture from materials for restorative drying.
WARNING

instructions given in this booklet and the training
given by your supervisor. Failure to do so can result in personal

To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with
any solid-state speed control device.
• Do not alter or modify your airmover in any way. Use only replace-
ment parts authorized by manufacturer. Modifications or use of unap-
proved parts could create a hazard and will void your warranty. Con-
tact your authorized distributor for assistance.
• Do not use or store this machine in areas involving fuels, grain dust,
solvents, thinners or other flammable materials and vapors. Do not
use flammables to clean this machine.
• For indoor use only. To avoid electrical shock, do not expose the
unit to rain, and do not handle with wet hands. Do not immerse or use
this unit in standing water.
•
Do not pull or carry unit by the cord, do not use cord as a handle,
and do not close a door on the cord or pull cord around sharp edges or
corners. Keep cord away from heated surfaces. Do not unplug unit by
pulling on cord. To safely unplug unit, grasp plug and not the cord.
WARNING
a) Do not operate any fan with a damaged cord or plug. Discard fan or
return to an authorized service facility for examination and/or repair.
b) Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw
rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Do not route cord under furniture
or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will
not be tripped over.

NOTICE
• Do not obstruct openings or place any objects into openings on the
unit. Keep unit free from dust, lint, hair and anything that may reduce
air flow. Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers and all parts of the body
away from openings and moving parts.
• Unplug when not in use or when moving unit. Turn off all controls
before unplugging.
• Operate unit on a level and stable surface to prevent it from falling
and reduce risk of possible injury or damage.
• Do
not drop or throw the unit. Treatment of this type can cause dam-
age to the components and create a serious hazard.

Do not allow children to play with or around the unit. Be sure the
unit is inaccessible to children when not attended.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This machine must be grounded. If it should malfunction or break
down, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric cur-
rent to reduce the risk of electric shock. This machine is equipped
with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and ground-
ing plug and must be plugged into a GFCI-protected outlet.

MAINTENANCE
Before each use

Inspect the electrical cord and wiring for damage or discoloration

Inspect for loose fasteners

Clean inlet and outlet as needed

Listen for abnormal sounds

Keep unit clean

Use compressed air or a vacuum to remove lint and other debris from
the inlet/outlet grill and motor/impeller. Do not use liquids or a pres-
sure washer to clean the unit
.
TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
Always use the handle to load or carry the unit. Units may be stacked
for transport and storage. When transporting, secure the unit carefully
to prevent sliding and damage to the unit and/or injury to vehicle oc-
cupants.
