IT | EVO HOT - EVOK HOT | Manuale d’uso e manutenzione 4 RACCOMANDAZIONI ED AVVERTENZE ATTENZIONE La presente attrezzatura professionale può essere utilizzata e pulita solo da soggetti maggiorenni (> 18 anni in Europa o altri limiti definiti dal compendio normativo locale) aventi condizioni psico-fisiche normali e adeguatamente addestrati e formati in materia di tutela della salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro. -

EVO HOT - EVOK HOT | Manuale d’uso e manutenzione | IT 5 MANUTENZIONE - GESTIONE RIFIUTI - SMALTIMENTO MATERIALI Prima di procedere ad effettuare operazioni di manutenzione e/o di controllo è necessario staccare l'alimen- tazione elettrica. Quando si sostituiscono delle parti e qualora si preveda la rimozione della spina, sia chiaramente indicato che la rimozione della spina deve essere tale per cui un operatore possa verificare da qualsiasi punto cui abbia accesso che la spina resti staccata. -
Page 12: Sostituzione Vetri Scorrevoli
Nel caso di danneggiamento e/o sostituzione del vetri scorrevoli posteriori, procedere come segue: RIMOZIONE Aprire il vetro frontale (Solo versione EVO) fino al raggiungimento della posizione massima di apertura. Scollegare il cavo dell'illuminazione del cappello. Svitare le 4 viti interne che fissano il cappello alla struttura portante (2 viti per lato). -

MONTAGGIO Procedere in maniera inversa rispetto alle precedenti istruzioni. Per facilitare le operazioni e' inoltre consigliato (solo per la versione EVO), smontare le vetrocamere laterali della vetrina come descritto di seguito: 12) Rimuovere la finitura frontale svitando le 2 viti che la fissano poste sul suo profilo inferiore 13) Far scorrere la vetrocamera frontale curva, nel suo profilo guida per permettere l'estrazione delle vetro- camere destra e sinistra. -

These operations must be carried out by qualified staff.

- Page 32 EN | EVO HOT - EVOK HOT | User and Maintenance Manual 3.2 CONDENSER’S BUILT -IN UNIT CLEANING Any operation of cleaning must be done disconnecting the electric power supply. The Hot Display Cabinet must be cleaned, in normal conditions, at least once a month by using a vacuum cleaner and a real-bristle brush.

ONLY FOR EVO HOT DISPLAY CABINET: The front glass must be raised and accompanied and handled with care to reach the position of maxmum opening and held open only for the time strictly necessary for the operations of discharge and Unloading of goods and/or cleaning.
- Page 34 In the case of damage and/or replacement of the back sliding doors, proceed as follows: REMOVAL Open the front glass (only in the EVO version) until reaching the position of maximum opening. Disconnect the plug for the lighting unit of the lid.

To facilitate the operations we further advise (only for the EVO version), removing the lateral insulating glass of the display case as described below: Remove the front panel, unscrewing the 2 screws that fasten it located on its back profile.
