Connect the socket of the diagnostic cable to the plug of the traction battery’s battery management system. Connect the plug of the diagnostic cable to the socket on the vehicle. Insert the bypass plug into the high-voltage socket of the connection to be bypassed (vehicle model: Volkswagen e-Golf). Make sure that the bypass plug is correctly aligned when inserting it.
