How to Adjust Espresso Quantity
1. Press and hold espresso
or lungo cup button for 3
seconds. The indicator light
will flash.
Recipes
Brew one cup at a time following directions.
Espresso/Lungo
Optional: Add sugar to taste.
Mix 1/3 espresso, 1/3 steamed milk, and
Cappuccino
1/3 frothed milk. Top with ground nutmeg,
ground cinnamon, powdered chocolate or
vanilla to taste.

2. Release button. 3. Press selected cup button
again to start the brewing
process.
Mix 1/2 espresso with 1/2 steamed milk.
Latte
Top with ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon,
powdered chocolate or vanilla to taste.
Iced espresso, Mix beverage as described above; then pour
over ice.
cappuccino, or
latte
Mocha Mix 1 ounce thick chocolate syrup with 1/3
espresso. Fill with frothed or steamed milk.
NOTE: Approximate quantity can
be adjusted between 20 and
70 ml for espresso and between
70 and 120 ml for lungo.
4. Press button to stop brewing,
and the espresso maker will
keep this quantity in memory.
NOTE: To restore the factory
settings, hold down both
buttons until they flash twice
(about 3 seconds).
