5 - CONTROLLI PRIMA DELL'AVVIAMENTO
Prima di avviare l'unità verificare quanto segue:
• Ancoraggio dell'unità al soffitto o alla parete.
• Collegamento dei canali aeraulici.
• Connessione e continuità del cavo di terra.
• Serraggio di tutti i morsetti elettrici.
6 - MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA
6.1 Avvertenze
PRIMA DI INTRAPRENDERE QUALSIASI OPERAZIONE MANUTEN-
TIVA ACCERTARSI CHE LA MACCHINA NON SIA E NON POSSA
CASUALMENTE O ACCIDENTALMENTE ESSERE ALIMENTATA
ELETTRICAMENTE. E' QUINDI NECESSARIO TOGLIERE L'ALIMEN-
TAZIONE ELETTRICA AD OGNI MANUTENZIONE.
• E' dovere del committente eseguire sul recuperatore tutte le operazio-
ni di manutenzione.
• Solo personale addetto, precedentemente addestrato e qualificato
può eseguire le operazioni di manutenzioni.
• Se l'unità deve essere smontata, proteggere le mani con dei guanti da lavoro
6.2 Controlli mensili
6..2.1 Verifica della sezione filtrante serie UT-REC / UT-REC E e UT-REC C / UT-
REC CE
Aprire il pannello laterale togliendo le 4 viti come evidenziato in figura.
Open the side panel (removing the screws as shown on the figure)
Ruotare le staffette di sostegno del filtro, togliere quindi il filtro lateralmente
come esemplificato nella figura. Una volta eseguita la pulizia ripetere le ope-
razioni in ordine inverso.
Per la pulizia utilizzare un aspirapolvere o lavare con detergente comune in
acqua tiepida, lasciando asciugare in modo accurato. Ricordarsi sempre di
rimontare il filtro prima dell'avviamento dell'unità.
Turn the filter clamps then remove the filter as shown on the figure.
After cleaning re-peat the operations in inverse order.
For the cleaning use a vacuum cleaner or wash with a common detergent in
lukewarm water, leaving to dry out completely.
Remember always to reassemble the filters before starting up the unit
Per aprire il pannello frontale: svitare le 2 viti di fissaggio superiori, tirare a sé
il pannello per sganciare gli inserti e sollevare infine il pannello stesso per far
uscire dalla propria sede le due staffe inferiori.
Sfilare i filtri frontalmente. Una volta eseguita la pulizia ripetere le operazioni
in ordine inverso.
Per la pulizia utilizzare un aspirapolvere o lavare con detergente comune in
acqua tiepida, lasciando asciugare in modo accurato. Ricordarsi sempre di
rimontare il filtro prima dell'avviamento dell'unità.
Open the front panel : unscrew the two upper screws, pull the panel to
unhook the inserts and lift up the panel
Remove the filters by side. After cleaning, repeat the operations following the
reverse order.
For the cleaning use a vacuum cleaner or wash with a common detergent in
lukewarm water, leaving to dry out completely.
Remember always to reassemble the filters before start-ing up the unit
Check the following before starting the unit:
• Anchorage of the unit to the ceiling or the wall.
• Connection of the aeraulic ducts.
• Connection and continuity of the earth cable.
• Tightness of all electric clamps.
BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, MAKE
SURE THAT THE MACHINE IS NOT AND CANNOT BE CASUALLY
OR ACCIDENTALLY BE POWERED ELECTRICALLY. IT IS THERE-
FORE NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY
• The customer must carry out maintenance on the heat recovery unit.
• Only authorised, previously trained and qualified staff can perform the
