Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Please read the manual completely before connecting the floodlight to
power mains.
Electrical connection work on the floodlight has to be carried out only by
electricians.
Please keep in mind that there must be a distance of at least 100 cm
between the front lens of the floodlight and any other object.
The floodlight may be mounted on normally inflammable surfaces.
The mains power to which the floodlight is connected has to be protected
by RCD.
Do not operate the floodlight if the wiring, the glass or the housing become
damaged. Replace a broken glass immediately.
When connecting the floodlight to power mains and changing the
illuminant make sure power mains is voltage-free and secured against
unattended switching-on.
Make sure liquids of any kind cannot enter the housing. Do not install the
floodlight at adverse weather conditions, e. g. rain, fog, snow, etc.
Do not use the halogen floodlight close to flammable gas, hot objects, dust
vapours and solvents.
Do not expose the spotlight to excessive temperatures, strong vibration or
rain.
If the unit becomes damaged, do not attempt to repair it by yourself. In
case of problems, turn to our customer support department.
