CLEANING Should soot deposits appear on the stainless steel, first clean with a dry cloth when cold, and follow up with a cloth dampened with methylated spirits and a final buffing with a dry cloth. Do not use an oil based cleaner, as the oil tends to discolour the stainless steel when heated. -

Not igniting seems like no gas coming through
The CHAD-O-CHEF LP GAS VFSL1200 may not be igniting and may appear to have no gas coming through due to several possible reasons:
1. Burn back or blockage: If there was a burn back (jet catching alight at the burner entry), the system may have shut down. Turn off the gas, wait 1 minute, and try relighting.
