new to growing.... How long should i keep the T5 sunblaster lights on brnad new seedlings with just one set of leaves/ 24 hr/da or 12 on 12 off?

Sunblaster T5HO lights should be kept on for 16–18 hours a day for seedlings, not 24 hours. A regular daily schedule with a timer is recommended.
