Scratches, dents or cracks caused by incorrect handling or accidental impacts
Use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products
Products deteriorated by frost
Lack of maintenance, or inadequate maintenance, or non-compliance with the attached "cleaning and maintenance"
recommendations
Repairs done by unauthorized/unskilled personnel

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Use special products for glass when cleaning glass surface.
Use generic non-aggressive products when cleaning acrylic and aluminium parts.
Only use a damp cloth or sponge to clean chrome-plated surfaces.
DO NOT use abrasive cloths or sponges, powder detergents, or detergents containing alcohol, ammonia, acids, acetone, or
solvents.
CLAIMS/RETURNS
No claims are accepted unless a proof of purchase is provided.
All claims will be processed and managed according to the internal procedures of our Customer Care Department.
The procedures applied to any repairs, credit notes or replacements shall be agreed subsequently to and based on the results of
the checks conducted by our Customer Care Department.
