Preparing for first use Find a surface that can be easily cleaned. For the first time use, the Coater system needs to be primed by pumping several times until the adhesive starts coming out of the valves consistently. After priming wipe the silicone roller with a slightly damp cloth.
Check that the Coater valves and the applicator are clean and dry. If necessary, wipe the applicator and valves with a damp cloth and/or wipe dry prior to using the Coater. If the valves are still clogged, clean the manifold channels. See section 3.2.3 for Manifold cleaning instructions.
