DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY (CE)
PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L. owner of GREENCUT brand, with legal address in Calle Migdia S/N. 43830 –
Torredembarra, SPAIN, declares that the chainsaw GREENCUT GS7500, as from 2016 series onwards, is in accordance
with the European Parliament Directives and of the Council:
The Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament Directives and of the Council published on 17th
May 2006, regarding machines and which was modified by the 95/16/CE Directive.
Directive 2004/108/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15th December 2004 on the
approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
Directive 2000/14/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 May 2000 on the approximation of
the laws of the Member States relating to the noise emission in the environment by equipment for use outdoors.
Commission Directive 2012/46/EU of 6 December 2012 amending Directive 97/68/EC of the European Parliament
and of the Council on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to measures against the
emission of gaseous and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines to be installed in non-road
mobile machinery.
