- Page 6 For proper lighting and performance of the burners, keep the burner ports clean. It is necessary to clean them periodically for optimum performance. The burners will only operate in one position and must be mounted correctly for safe operation. Exercise caution when cleaning grill. To avoid steam burns, do not use a wet sponge or cloth to clean the grill while it is hot.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Left Shelf Assembly 1. Attach 3 pcs-M6X12 flat head screws and 3pcs M6 flat washers to the left side of BBQ body. (Do not screw in fully) Hook the left side shelf onto the three screws through the keyhole slots on the shelf. See fig .1 and Fig.1-1. - Page 9 Align the left side shelf with left firebox and main control panel , then use 3pcs M6X12 flat head screws and 3pcs M6 flat washers to secure shelf from inside the fire box. Secure the side shelf by tightening the screws through the firebox to the left side shelf.
- Page 10 3. Side burner Assembly 1. Assemble the brass connector into side burner by hand, then tighten with a wrench. Make sure it is secure; do not over-tighten. See the Fig.5 2. Connect the ignition wire from the hole of the right side panel, then through the burner fixed bracket (DD) inserted into the side burner igniter pin.
- Page 11 5. Electronic Ignition Battery Installation Unscrew the electronic igniter button and place the battery into its housing with the positive terminal (+) facing outward. Replace the ignition button after the battery is installed. See Fig. 7. Fig. 7 6. Liquid Propane Tank Installation Open the door to assemble the gas tank support into the bottom, then place the liquid propane tank into the bottom panel hole and attach it.See Fig.8.

- Page 14 LEAK TESTING GENERAL Although gas connections on the grill are leak tested prior to shipment, a complete leak test must be performed upon installation. Before each use, check all gas connections for leaks using the procedures listed below. If the smell of gas is detected at any time, you should immediately check the entire system for leaks. BEFORE TESTING Make sure all packing materials have been removed from the grill, including the burner tie-down straps.

It is very important to keep your appliance’s clear and away from any combustible materials. Maintain at least 24 inches of clearance from sides and back and do not use under overhead combustible construction. Match lighting 1.If the burner will not light after several attempts them the burner can be match lit, before using the match allow 5minutes for any accumulated gas to dissipate. 2. Clip a match on one end of the lighting rod. 3. - Page 18 Grill Burners Extreme care should be taken when removing a burner. It must be correctly centered on the orifice before any attempt is made to relight the grill. Frequency of cleaning will depend on how often you use the grill. Failure to properly place the burner over the orifice could cause a fire to occur behind and beneath the valve panel, thereby damaging the grill and making it unsafe to operate.

INSTRUCTIONS DE MONTAGE 1. Tablette de gauche 1. Fixez 3 vis à tête plate M6x12 et 3 rondelles plates M6 sur le côté gauche du corps du barbecue (ne les vissez pas fermement). Suspendez la tablette de gauche aux vis en utilisant les trous présents sur la tablette. Voir fig. - Page 32 3.Alignez la tablette de gauche avec le côté gauche du barbecue et le panneau de commande principal. Utilisez ensuite 3 vis à tête plate M6x12 et 3 rondelles plates M6 pour fixer la tablette à partir de l'intérieur du barbecue.Sécurisez la tablette latérale en serrant les vis reliant le barbecue à la tablette de gauche. Serrez toutes les vis.
