Page 3 Assembly Step 1: Install the axle 1. Prepare the main body, wheel axle, two U-bolts, and four lock nuts. 2. Place the axle directly below the two holes at the bottom of the main body. Figure 1 3. The U-bolts pass through the holes from the bottom of the axle upwards.
