General Guidelines

• It is the user's responsibility to read and follow all instructions.
• Keep these instructions with the product at all times and review before each use.

order and free of defects.

Safety

• Check that all hardware is properly tightened before use.
• Lubricate the wheels periodically.
• Never exceed the 130 lb. weight limit.
• This carrier is designed for moving motors short distances, for storage, and while performing main-
tenance. Do not use for anything other than its intended purpose.
• Securely chock the wheels while in storage or working on a motor mounted on the motor carrier.
• When storing a motor, it is recommended to securely chock the wheels and position it against a
wall with the handle facing outward.
• Never leave a motor and/or motor carrier unattended. Do not use on uneven ground.
• Keep away from children.
• Never run the motor while on the stand.
• Never tow the carrier behind any kind of vehicle.
• When carrying any heavy motor and positioning it on the carrier, it is recommended to use two
people.

  • Page 3 Assembly Note: First, only hand-tighten parts. When assembly is complete, tighten all hardware with tools. Step 1. Connect the bottom straight tubes (E) to the axle (F) using M6x40 bolts (P), lock washers (Q), and nuts (R). (1a) (1b) Step 2. Connect the vertical straight tubes (C) to the assembly using M6x40 bolts (P), lock washers (Q), and nuts (R).
  • Page 4 Step 5. Connect the two assemblies. Fit the bolts of the foot tube assembly into the holes of the bottom straight tubes on the axle assembly. Secure in place with lock washers (Q) and nuts (R). (5a) (5b) Step 6. Connect the handle tube (A) to the handle straight tubes on the assembly. First, fit the M6x85 bolts (M) through the upper holes and secure with lock washers (Q) and nuts (R).
  • Page 5 Step 8. Attach the wheels (K) to the axle. Remove the nut and one washer, slide the tire on, and replace the washer and nut. Secure with a 19mm wrench. Do not overtighten - wheels should be able to turn freely. (8a) (8b) Step 9.
