- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Slide the two slots on part (A) into the tabs on part (B) as shown using them to firmly secure part (A) in place. Attach part (C) and part (D) to part (A) by keying them in place firmly on part (A).
