Troubleshooting

Oiling the knife head

The knife head must be oiled daily at the toothing and the contact surface (see
illustration [D]).
1.
Before oiling, remove hair residue using a cleaning brush.
2.
Use only supplied oil [2].
You can reorder oil from service (see reverse page of this manual).

Charging may be interrupted or impaired if the contacts [9] on the device or on
the charger are soiled.
1.
Clean the contacts using a cloth moistened with alcohol or spirit.
2.
Dry the contacts.
Use only a charger with dry and clean contacts.
S toring
If you do not wish to use the device for a longer period, store it only in the
charged state.
Storage should be in a cool, dry and frost-free place (optimally 15 °C).
This prevents premature aging of the battery.
Do not wind the power cable around the device as it can break.
