Page 30 OVERVIEW OF OPERATION INTRODUCTION The ACCU-STEAM G2™ griddle is constructed and uses technology like no other griddle in the world. The stainless steel cooking surface is heated by steam. The griddle steam chamber requires no additional liquid or maintenance. A temperature sensor to sense temperature and an over- temperature safety shutdown system are part of the griddle assembly.
