For a monthly charge per phone, plus a
nonrefundable deductible per approved claim,
you are covered if your phone is lost, stolen,
accidentally damaged or has an out-of-warranty
mechanical or electrical breakdown. To enroll,
log in to 'My Account' within 30 days of
purchasing a new phone with an accompanying
Monthly Unlimited Plan and go to the price plan
tab to select Phone Insurance. Visit
