Please do limbering-up exercise before exercising in case of sporting injury

Do not insert anything into the crack of the treadmill,there may lead to some damage .
•
Do not use abrasive products to clean the machine.
•
To clean the zone of the panel of control, use a dry soft fabric instead of a wet cloth.
•
It is dangerous to filter liquids in the machine.
If you damage in a component, contact at once a salesman.
•
Keep the device in a dry place.
•
STEP 1:
Insert the front bottom tube (2) and the back bottom tube (3) into mainframe (1) with the bolt
M8*65 (6) washer (7), nut (8) and hex wrench.
