  • Page 6 • Touch-settable ID (TSID) ready The C2N-IIF provides power to a door station camera (12 VDC at 200 mA) and receives signals from a door station’s microphone, video, and bell outputs. If the door station is equipped with a keypad, button presses can also be received and passed on to the Crestron control system.

    Crestron C2N-IIF The C2N-IIF includes six logic-level inputs that can operate in one of three modes. • Essex mode: five Essex keypad panel inputs plus one discrete switch closure input for use with five-button keypads (found in select door station products) manufactured by Essex Electronics.

  • Page 14 Intercom Interface Physical Views of the C2N-IIF Ports All connections to the C2N-IIF are made through the ports on the front and side of the enclosure. Refer to the following diagrams and descriptions of each port. NOTE: Interface connectors for the NET, AV IO, INPUT, and OUTPUT ports are provided with the C2N-IIF.

NOTE: Devices connected to the switched outputs can be powered by the C2N-IIF’s general outputs at pins 10 and 12, or can be powered externally. If devices are connected to all of the switched outputs and are powered by the general outputs, each switched output is capable of driving a 50 mA at 24 VDC (maximum) load (0.4 A total).

    Installation The C2N-IIF can be installed in a door station enclosure or near a door station (typically within 10 feet) using the included dual-lock fastener strip or #6 pan head screws (not supplied). The optional C2N-IIF-SPMK Intercom Interface Mounting Kit can be used for installation with specific Holovision door station plates.
