• Never operate this appliance if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped into water.
• Do not use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use extension cord to operate appliance. Plug the adapter directly in the electrical outlet.

• Check that the voltage indicated on the adapter corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the
appliance.
• For additional protection, we advise you to install a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating
current non exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
• Do not use the trimmer for purposes other than styling human hair. This trimmer is designed to shorten and trim
hair and beards. Do not use the trimmer to cut artificial hair.
• Normal charging will be take 8 hours. The maximum shaving time is 50 minutes with a full charge.
• The USB cable must not come into contact with water or other liquids as this may cause electric shock. Therefore,
never use the trimmer over a filled sink or while having a bath.

CHARGING THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

• Charging the rechargeable battery before first use, the hair trimmer must be fully charged.
• Make sure the trimmer is turned off.
• Insert the connector of the USB charging cable into the trimmer.
• Plug the USB charging cable into a mains adaptor and plug it into a mains socket. The indicator light will come on
to indicate charging. It will not go out when the battery is fully charged. This appliance contains batteries that are
non-replaceable.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Turn off your trimmer and wait until it is completely cool. Before cleaning, remove the accessory and the used
blade and clean with the aid of the cleaning brush that was fitted in the product.
• Clean your trimmer using a damp cloth and then dry it. After each use, follow the instructions to replace the
blades of your trimmer.
