Concord Eye-Q Duo 1300
1. Can I use my camera as a web camera?
This camera can be used as a web camera provided your computer runs on
a Windows operating system and it also works with many popular video
conferencing software titles. Please remember to select the source as
"Concord Duo 1300" in the video application to launch the video mode. The
web camera feature is not compatible with MAC computers.
2. When I review my pictures on my TV, the images are black and
white. What should I do?
Most likely your camera has not been set to the correct video standard for
the region of the world in which you are viewing your pictures on a TV.
There are two video standards, NTSC and PAL. Your camera must be set
for the standard that your TV uses. The North American standard is NTSC
while PAL is used in Europe. Please check your TV documentation for
more details.
Please also ensure that the video cable is properly connected between the
camera and the TV.
3. Is this camera compatible with Windows® XP?
Yes, the camera is compatible with Windows XP. However, since the
Windows XP logo certification has not been completed, a warning pop-up
message as illustrated below will be displayed during the software
installation. Please click on "Continue Anyway" to proceed with your
installation.
