➤Proceed as shown (fig. 4, page 4).
Due to intense heat from the burner, it is normal for
discoloration to occur during the first few uses.
Turning off the oven
➤Proceed as shown (fig. 5, page 5).
Removing the gas cartridge
WARNING! Health hazard
• Remove the gas cartridge in a well-
ventilated location.
• Ensure that there are no open flames in
the vicinity.
• Only remove the gas cartridge when
the device is switched off and has
cooled down.
The cartridge may be disconnected even if some
gas remains.
1. Proceed as shown (fig. 5, page 5, and
fig. 6, page 5).
2. Check the condition of the seal (fig. 3 4. A,
page 4). Let the seal be replaced by a qualified
person if material is brittle or porous.
3. Check the content of the cartridge by shaking
and listening for the liquid gas.
Moving and storing the device
Proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the device (see chapter "Turning off
the oven" on page 10).
2. Remove the gas cartridge from the device after
the device has cooled down (see chapter
"Removing the gas cartridge" on page 10).
3. Clean the device (see chapter "Cleaning and
maintenance" on page 10).
4. Do not transport or store the device with the
gas cartridge inserted.
5. Store the device on a level, stable place out of
the reach of children.

Troubleshooting

Due to unforeseen circumstances the appliance
may not operate as designed.
Indications of this are flashing back in the burner,
and the appliance not igniting or remaining alight.

1. In these cases, check the gas cartridge to
ensure there is sufficient gas, no leaks and the
control knob (fig. 2 8, page 3) is opened suf-
ficiently for use. If this is the case and the prob-
lem/s still persists, you will need to contact a
suitably qualified authorized person to service
your appliance.
2. Immediately switch the cartridge lock lever
(fig. 2 9, page 3) to the "unlock" position.
3. Check again that the device has been assem-
bled correctly and the parts are undamaged,
especially the gas cartridge and the seal.
4. Let the damaged parts be replaced by a quali-
fied technician. Repairs to the gas supply parts
on the device may only be carried out by a
qualified technician.
5. Only use the device again once all the faults
have been rectified.
6. If the oven fails to light or its performance
decreases, consult a qualified technician.

Cleaning and maintenance

CAUTION! Health hazard
Always remove the gas cartridge before
cleaning, see chapter "Removing the gas
cartridge" on page 10.
Cleaning the device
➤Proceed as shown (fig. 7, page 6).
Cleaning the oven tube burner
➤Proceed as shown (fig. 8, page 6).
Maintaining the device
➤Let a suitably authorized and qualified person
perform a thorough examination of the device at
least every 5 years.

Warranty

The statutory warranty period applies. If the
product is defective, please contact the
manufacturer's branch in your country (see

retailer.
