1. Position pillow inside sling for right or left arm with the wide part of pillow at sling opening.
Apply blue hook to blue loop.

3. Enclose hand in sling, connecting yellow hook to yellow loop through the yellow loop lock on
both sides of sling.

5. Apply shoulder strap, connecting white hook through white loop lock.

6b. Forearm and wrist should rest at 90 degrees and humerus should be in the neutral position
(as shown). Adjust neck pad.

2. Place patient's arm inside sling, positioning hand through hand rest.

4. Secure black hook to black loop at top of sling pocket

6a. Adjust both ends of shoulder strap for comfortable fit.
