Note
1. The actuator may only be installed horizontally.
2. When installing do not tighten the screw so fast
3. Use only exact threaded connectors.
4. Check if the pipeline and the valve are clean before installing
5. The valve and the pipline can be installed in any direction between vertically and horizontally,
but not with the actuator downwards.
6. If the pipeline system is heat insulated make sure that the actuator is located outside of the in-
sulation
7. If damaged due to improper installation the warranty ceases to apply.

Reason
Wrong cable connection
Wrong connection of the control device

The actuator contains water or the en-
gine is damaged
The threads do not match or the screw-
ing is incorrect (the threads are dam-
aged)
The valve is stuck, sized up or the water
quality is poor

Solution
Change the cable connections.
Control device (thermostat) or
cable have to be checked.
Change the actuator.
Change the valve body.
Clean the pipeline, change the
valve body.
