Unifiller Systems has taken all possible precautions to reduce and wherever possible eliminate the dangers associated with moving parts. The Mini Dopositor is built to be used with a wide range of products such as cookies, bars and brownie dough. It can also be customized to run products that conventional machines could never run. -

MACHINE DESCRIPTION AND LAYOUT The Mini Dopositor is designed to deposit Cookies, Bars and Brownies onto the conveyor belt or onto sheet pans. The length, width, thickness and number of deposits can be customized to provide a wide variety of configurations depending of the product requirements. -

Page 10: Power Requirements
After the air pressure is set, depress the top cap to lock the setting. Important: The compressed air supplied to the Mini Dopositor must be filtered and dried prior to connection to the machine. Failure to comply will result in damage to the machine and the warranty will become void. -

Operation: 1. When in continuous mode, one push of the foot pedal will start the Mini Dopositor and commence the conveyor belt and the selected cutting cycle. When you depress the foot pedal a second time it will cease the cutting cycle. -

DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING Empty Product from Machine 1. Run the Mini Dopositor until the contents of hopper are empty. 2. Turn power switch to OFF. 3. Turn the air supply OFF. Cleaning – Always follow appropriate lock out procedure prior to performing any cleaning or Safety maintenance on Mini Dopositor. -

5. Replace and secure the triclamp around the hopper outfeed. Note: If you need assistance on troubleshooting your machine, please copy and fill out the Unifiller Diagnostic Record Log at the end of this manual before contacting Unifiller whenever possible. -

Item Function MANUAL Button Accesses the Mini Dopositor Manual screen and gives access to buttons that allow the operator to manually cycle the Dopositor, the cutter, or purge with the feeder. The Manual screen will be described on the next page. -

This button only works when the machine is not running. MANUAL FEEDER This button allows the operator to purge product from the Mini Dopositor. PURGE Button This is used to clear the auger to allow for cleaning. -

Page 26: Mode Screen
The Cutter should not cycle, but it is still important to practice safety around these devices. MACHINE MODE This button turns on different modes of the Mini Dopositor. Button In Foot Pedal Mode the machine will cycle once each time the foot pedal is pressed. -

The machine is in Trial mode and the number of cuts has reached the maximum allowable for the trial run. Contact Unifiller for the Trial Mode Code and enter it in the Technical 2 screen. Once the code has been entered, the machine will have full functionality again. -
