5. The next option is to choose whether the number is "Private" or a "Help
Organization". Choose Private if the number is for an individual. Choose
Help Organization if the number is for a Call Center.
6. The last option is to choose whether or not a text message will be sent.
Highlight Yes or No using the arrow keys and press OK to select.
