1.5.13. Keep your workplace clean.
Mixtures of different materials are particularly hazardous. Fine shavings from light metals can be
self ignite or explode.
1.5.14. Do not use the demolition hammer, where the power cord is damaged. If during operation
the cable is damaged, do not touch. Immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Damaged power cables increase the risk of electric shock.
1.5.15. If the demol. hammer is to be operated at low temperature or after long storage, allow the
hammer to operate for few minutes without load, for its internal elements get properly lubricated.
2. Functional description and purpose of the demolition hammer
The machine is designed for chiseling in concrete, brick, asphalt and stone.
Operate the auxiliary handle by turning the lower part of handle in counterclockwise direction and
rotate the extra handle to the desired one position. Then tighten the bottom of the extra handle again
turn clockwise.
3. Before work
3.1. Power Source
Make sure the power source to be used shall meet the power requirements specified in the rating
plate

3.2. Switch trigger
Make sure the power switch is set to OFF. If the plug is connected to the power supply when the
power switch is ON , the breaker will start working immediately, which can cause a major accident!
4.Placing and removing the work tool (awl, cutter)
To attach the cutter / awl to the SDS-max chuck, insert it into the hole until it connects to the
innermost end of the hole.
If you continue to rotate the instrument with gentle pressure, you can feel a place where there is a
chute. At this point, pull the locking sleeve in the direction of the arrow and place the tool all the way
in until it reaches the innermost end.
Releasing the locking sleeve restores the flexible cover and secures the tool in place.
Pull the tool to make sure it is fully locked.
4.1. Removing work tool with SDS-max queue.
Pull the locking sleeve back and remove the work tool.
Work with this demolition hammer using moderate force. Efficiency will be better if a moderate
force is applied to the handle against the work surface without pressing the machine.
5. Maintenance and verification
How to change the grease
This demolition hammer is airtight to prevent dust and prevent leakage. That's why this demolition
hammer can be used without lubrication for a long time.
After the purchase, each time before use, please make sure there is enough lubricant. The amount
in the tank is enough for 50 hours of work!
Before performing any maintenance, be sure to disconnect the plug
