Q. How do I upgrade the firmware on the SRW2008MP?
A. Complete the appropriate procedure in this section in order to upgrade the firmware on the
SRW2008MP.
Firmware Download
Download new firmware from the Cisco Software Center.
Note: Cisco recommends that you perform all firmware upgrades on your local network.
Firmware Upgrade via Web UI
1.
Enter the IP address for your switch in a browser. For example, if your switch uses
the default IP address, enter http://192.168.1.254 in your browser in order to access
the switch.

On the login screen, enter admin in the User Name field and leave the password
blank.
